Moon Phase clock
Please make sure that the hands are not touching
each other before inserting a battery and hanging.
Use a lunar calendar or an online resource to find out the current moon phase. When you set the moon phase clock, you align the moon hand with the current moon phase. The clock then keeps track of the days and moves accordingly.
As long as the clock runs continuously, the moon dial will accurately reflect the moon’s phase. If the clock stops, you’ll need to reset the moon phase.
Just make a note to adjust it every 2 years and 8 1/2 months. You’ll have to set it back a day. It’s just the opposite of what you do in February during a leap year.
