About Me
Nestled in the serene embrace of Surrey Hills, my mornings unfold with a steaming cup of coffee, accompanied by the gentle sound of songbirds.
Every morning, as I traverse the brick path to my workshop with my canine companions in tow, an undeniable sense of gratitude washes over me, regardless of the weather, as I realize how truly fortunate I am.

A transformative moment arrived when my 94-year-old father extended a helping hand, graciously assisting me in transforming my modest workshop into the haven I had always envisioned.
With the recent addition of a wood routing CNC machine, my artistic endeavors have found new dimensions. Allowing me to intricately weave words and designs into my wooden creations, crafting everything from exquisite signs and plaques to elegant bowls and more recently pick pots.
Under his mentorship, my workshop now boasts upgraded equipment, state-of-the-art dust extraction systems, and a cozy haven, complete with double glazing and efficient heating.
In a heartfelt tribute to his unwavering support, my logo proudly bears a homage to his legacy, incorporating the initials "DC" for Donald Carter, to whom I owe immeasurable gratitude.
